Shipping within Canada is with Canada Post and includes tracking.
Please allow 7-12 business days depending on region.
Free postage shipping is available for orders that are over $200 and is available to CANADA only
Free tracked shipping is available for orders that are over $350 and is available to CANADA only
United states:
Shipping within the united states is with Canada Post and includes tracking.

Updated Shipping Info for U.S. Customers (Effective Aug 29, 2025)
Due to new U.S. customs regulations that came into effect on August 29, 2025, all shipments entering the United States from outside the country now require duties to be paid upfront before the package can be accepted by Canada Post for delivery.
Because of this change:

U.S. orders may be subject to duties.

If duties apply to your order, you will receive an invoice for the duty amount before your package is shipped.

Your order will be shipped as soon as the duty payment is completed.
Please note: These duties are charged by U.S. Customs, not by my shop. I collect them only because carriers now require payment upfront before accepting international parcels.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES + REPAIRS POLICIES
Returns/Exchanges: Each item is made to order for the customer, therefore I do not accept returns or exchanges. If you accidentally placed an order that was incorrect, please contact me right away so we can resolve the issue. Custom orders will be a FINAL SALE.
Repairs: Repairing jewelry is a case-by-case basis. All repair requests after 30 days will be subject to a fee. If your chain is broken, chain replacements are $25. This also includes a complimentary polishing service. ( customer is responsible for shipping costs) To proceed with the repair inquiry please contact me and send a photo of the item at moanaleijewelry@gmail.com

Sizing Info: Please make sure your sizing is correct before ordering! If you are unsure of your ring size I have ring sizers available for purchase. If you've ordered the wrong size please contact me within 2 days of receiving your order and I can honor a one time size exchange for the right size*. You will be responsible for all shipping costs and a re-working fee of $5-$10.
